1. Service Satisfaction

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the completed work.

• We will inspect the issue and, if it relates to workmanship or parts provided by us, we will work to correct it at no additional charge.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

• Diagnostic/service call fees are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of the technician’s time and travel.

• Emergency, after-hours, or holiday service charges are non-refundable.

3. Parts & Materials

• Refunds on parts or materials are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy.

• Custom-ordered or special-order parts are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

4. Prepaid Services & Deposits

• Deposits made for scheduled work may be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 24 hours before the appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

• We stand behind our work with a [X-day/90-day/1-year, customize here] workmanship guarantee, depending on the type of service provided.

• If an issue arises within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will return and correct it at no additional cost.

6. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Issues caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions or unrelated system failures.

• Work performed by other contractors after our service.

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance.
